Ole Mill Tavern is a full service Restaurant with a full bar located in Mountain Home, Arkansas. We are looking to hire experienced Bartenders and Servers to provide an excellent guest experience. Weekend availability is required, must be 21. Job responsibilities include:
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Maintain a Sanitary Working environment and complete routine cleaning duties

Pay: From $3.00 per hour
