The Dough Company (a locally owned pizza and pasta restaurant in Wilkes Barre, Pa) has server positions available. Must be 18 years of age to serve alcohol for this position.
We value customer service and serve an outstanding product. We provide flexible hours, food discounts, training, company shirts, incentives and competitive pay. Great opportunity for college students where we work around your schedule, and as a great second job, too. Great individual earning potential. You keep your own tips- no tip pooling. We are currently open from 3pm to 8pm Monday thru Thursday and Noon to 8 pm on Friday, and Saturday 1pm to 8pm with more hours pending. Schedules may vary and it is highly suggested to work at least one weekend day, but we close at 8pm! Primary responsibilities for all positions include performing all duties in a timely and effective manner with a sense of urgency. Guest satisfaction, exceptional service, communication and teamwork are our top priority!
