We are currently hiring an administrative assistant that can wear multiple hats within our rapidly growing organization. You will be acting as a key representative of the Company responsible for driving the solar proposal design engine as well as performing and driving the back-office administrative support like payroll and solar permitting operations. Training will be provided and you will be expected to:

1) Create solar proposals using company provided design software and send to clients

2) Collect necessary documents over the phone and through email from clients to process electrical and building permits

5) Liason with our engineering firm to confirm drawing sets are congruent with installation agreements for permitting purposes.

6) Process and monitor customer permits using the online government interface portal.

7) Support the sales team on an as-needed basis with project management updates

8) Perform book keeping and payroll tasks

9) Represent the Company with the utmost professionalism and integrity.

Pay is commensurate with skill sets. We promote from within and give raises periodically. Periodic travel to the US Virgin Islands may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

• AutoCAD: 1 year (Required)
