Role Summary
The Sr. Manager HRIS/HR Ops is a key role in the global People Services (PS) department and is the lead role in data governance practices, tools, technology and data required to provide actionable information and insights about our people to drive a rewarding employee experience and business success. This role is responsible for maintaining the HRIS systems, overall HR data integrity and security roles, and organization and maintenance of global employee information across our integrated suite of HR systems. This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data and work flows for process improvement opportunities. In addition, this role will oversee the HR Shared Services Team who manage the day to day operations and processes for People Services. The ideal candidate for this role is both a well experienced analyst who loves working with people data and a strategist who can help take PS and Anuvu to new heights as the company grows.

What You'll Be Doing
Data Analytics:
- Provide strategic support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced predictive analytic capabilities
- Manage the Global HR Shared Services Team; responsible for frontline support to employees across the business.
- Identify and support People Services and business reporting and data needs, initiates and prioritizes reporting tool enhancement, and prepares report and reporting solution specifications
- Design and implement dashboards that present data in a meaningful and actionable framework for leadership
- Interpret employee data to identify significant differences, relationships, and trends in data, as well as factors that could affect the results of research
- Develop predictive models for attrition, high performance, and recruiting demand
- Create, maintain, and ensure quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and metrics
- Serve as an active participant on cross-functional project teams and provide guidance and training to teams in asking appropriate questions, interpreting data, and translating into action
- Partner with colleagues and customers to achieve meaningful discussions regarding data outputs and feedback on usage activities to improve HR output
- Improve upon current reporting standards by providing new functionality including canned reports, dashboards, predictive analysis, emailed reports, and mobile reporting capability
- Collaborate with subject matter experts across HR service areas to promote data governance and stewardship, data quality and advancement of HR technology capabilities.
- Perform data quality reviews utilizing quality assurance methods to identify problems and errors.
Technology
- Own all People Services systems (HRIS, LMS and Applicant Tracking System) and responsible for ensuring all systems function according to the business needs
- Identify processes that can be made more efficient through the use of technology
- Project manage implementation of new modules or systems from a People Services perspective
- Develop and coordinate UAT for new modules and systems implementations in collaboration with Anuvu Technology Service
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely resolution
- Partner with People Services Team to provide support in automating transactional work
- Deliver training to users on new features and modules
PS Shared Services
- Manage the People Services Shared Services (PSSS) team which provides daily support to employees, Managers, and PS Business Partners regarding employee data and transactions
- Design processes to ensure employee data integrity and governance is maintained and accurate
- Ensure transactions are completed timely and accurately for all employee changes
What We're Looking For
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources Management, Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of HRIS experience, ideally must have worked with Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion), or similar large system
- Prior management experience preferred
- Deep technical hands-on expertise in data analytics, data visualization, business intelligence, and reporting
- Prior experience in data modelling to support creation of advanced analytics, BI toolsets, and automated reporting
- Strong analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, creativity, a proven work ethic, and solid communication skills
- Excellent consultative skills, understanding business needs and translating those needs to technical requirements. Clear communication to business and technical leaders
- Ability to work successfully in a matrixed environment
- Ability to manage human capital across multiple geographies and organizations to drive workforce development and achieve desired results
- Exhibit strong project management skills, which include organization and effective communication to technical and non-technical users
- Exceptional ability to gather and interpret data, as well as improve HRIS processes.
Work Environment
- This job operates in a professional office environment.
- The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets.
- The job requires the ability to use a keyboard to enter and retrieve data.
- The position is remote with preference in the PST time zone

The anticipated starting salary range for candidates expressing interest in this position is $123,400- $154,300. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, certifications…etc.
