Position Overview:
The Supply Chain Analyst has a broad knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain processes and practices to identify process gaps, articulate rationales and execute changes. They become a change agent and developer of procedures, policies and processes and collaborates with cross functional stakeholders. This role leads project teams to successful changes and process improvements. This candidate has a knack for seeing solutions through a holistic lens on key Supply Chain processes and understands the integration points to convert insights into opportunities. They are organized, deliver clear communications and exercise good judgement in selecting methods, techniques and evaluations to execute initiatives. They have excellent verbal and written communication as well as analytical and interpersonal skill.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead NPI projects and transfers to the Supply Chain team
  • Coordinate NPI inventory requirements
  • Support SAP BOM Redline activities and material data standards
  • Coordinate with Purchasing and Planning on inventory and ESI activities for new assays/efforts
  • Identify process gaps with process owners
  • Coordinate and facilitate process improvement initiatives with cross functional teams
  • Closely partners with Quality Assurance and process owners to document new and changed processes
  • Listed responsibilities are an essential, but not exhaustive list, of the usual duties associated with the position. Changes to individual responsibilities may occur due to business need
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in life scienceWorked in Supply Chain areas such as Procurement, Planning, and/or Inventory Management
  • Knowledge in using SAP or other ERP systems
  • Understand data standards and material control in a clinical environment
  • Experience with project management practices and executions
  • Strong knowledge with Excel and PowerPoint. Tableau experience is a plus.
  • Attention to details. Strong presentation, organization, and communication skills
  • Collaborative. Embrace challenges.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling competing priorities where there is ambiguity
  • Familiar with CLIA/CAP, ISO 13485, and/or GMP requirements
