Job description
An educational science company is seeking a support & billing person to work remotely from home and use email and phone to help customers (mostly teachers) with their subscription renewals. Involves making phone calls and emails to schools to remind them to renew.
- Work Remotely.
- $16.00/hour to start.
- 40 hours a week.
- Must reside in Pennsylvania, Texas, or Florida.
- A "customer is always right" attitude.
- At least 3-years of sales and/or customer support experience.
- Must complete automated phone interview to be considered.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
