Job description
Supervises all aspects of registration in all areas including walk in clinic and occupational medicine. Responsible for the primary supervision of all registration and call center staff following the Revenue Cycle Guidelines regarding collection of co-pays, updating patient information within eCW, and insurance verification.
Minimum Education
High School Graduate or equivalent.
Minimum Work Experience
- One year experience in office setting of hospital setting.
- Experience with billing and insurance preferred.
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Language Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
