COMPANY BACKGROUND:

Position Overview:

This position is much more than a typical recruiter, it is a strategic and technical talent advisor for their assigned area. In addition to recruiting for clinical roles, this position is seen as a business partner and adviser to Hiring Managers, HR Partners, and Candidates throughout their assigned regions. Responsible for owning the Broadstep hiring process by managing expectations and using outside of the box sourcing strategies to retain top talent.

DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITIES:

  • Network, source and build a talent pipeline to attract the highest skilled individuals to join Broadstep Behavioral Health.
  • Full cycle recruitment: Requisition intake, passive candidate generation/sourcing, candidate screening, interview facilitation and lead recap discussions, candidate & stakeholder management, and offer negotiations/closing candidates.
  • Lead and advise Hiring Managers and HR Partners on the standard recruitment process and best practice
  • Align hiring needs and recruitment strategies
  • Partners with Human Resources, Hiring Managers, and Candidates (internal and external) to provide flawless execution of the talent acquisition process.
  • Perform sourcing tasks utilizing innovative and established practices, including networking, direct sourcing, social media, referrals, online publications, reverse database searches, and other electronic platforms
  • Provide ongoing analytical reporting on recruiting efforts and trends in accordance with established metrics, and continuously improve the talent acquisition process to meet the changing needs of the business and provide best-in-class recruitment support within assigned area(s).
  • Identify and manage stakeholders and influencers to accelerate and manage recruitment process in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources preferred
  • 2+ years of recruitment in a Healthcare/Behavioral Health setting preferred
  • 2+ years of staffing or recruitment experience required
  • Experience using various sourcing tools and techniques to source active and passive talent required
  • Prior experience with social media based recruitment a plus
  • Prior experience and proficiency working with an Applicant Tracking or Candidate Management System required
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite required
  • Ability to work effectively in a highly dynamic changing environment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Some travel required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
