Reporting into our Executive Producer, the Team Coordinator is a key role in the day to day functioning of a world class content production team. This role will coordinate cross-teams, work across project lifecycles, and help facilitate the essential daily operations that power our productions.

- Coordinate team meetings
- Own the team cost-tracker
- Be the team point of contact for finance, legal, sync
- Track incoming artist opportunities and pitched projects
- Assist producers with project tracking and management
- Work with the post production team to coordinate project communication
- Coordinate assets and their delivery around always on programming
- Assist with scheduling and logistics for shoots
- Work with the E.P and Post Supervisor on project tracking
- Experience working at a DSP
- Experience working within the music industry
