Job description
This role will support 5S Activities:
- Collaborate with Drivetrain teams to identify 5S/visual factory opportunities and solutions
- Work with operations to execute monthly 5S audits in production and non-production areas and define corrective actions
- Implement 5S improvements that align with factory initiatives
- Provide training on 5S/visual factory requirements
- Create factory signs and labels to support 5S needs
- Manage and execute print room requests for Waterloo Operations
- Participate in Rapid Continuous Improvement (RCI) events and Day in the Life (DITL) activities
Job Requirements:
Education – Prefer at least 2-year degree in any field or equivalent work experience
Skills – Must have previous Kaizan or 5S project work. Must have great computer and communication skills. Previous print room experience is preferred. Ability to run vinyl printer. Prefer experience with PowerBI.
