Travel Leaders of Virginia Beach is seeking an experienced Travel Specialist with exceptional customer service and sales experience to join our team. We have been providing superior “High Touch” travel services to the Hampton Roads area since 1988. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and experienced team of Travel agents. This is an in-office travel consultant position.It is important that you have GDS experience.
Compensation is Salary plus quarterly incentive based on achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities:
- Plan itineraries, book airline tickets through our GDS and arrange accommodations along with other travel services
- Provide customers with materials containing travel information
- Compute cost and collect payment of travel and accommodations
- Book airline tickets, maintain knowledge of airline rules and regulations; and all travel policies and procedures
- Research and provide solutions to travel-related problems clients may experience
- Build a clientele of new and repeat business
- Meet sales goals
- Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external clients

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
