EisnerAmper Wealth Management & Corporate Benefits is seeking an Assistant that provides support to senior team members. This individual will provide client support including preparing paperwork and monitoring the onboarding process.
What you’ll be doing:

Prepare and review new account paperwork in an accurate and timely manner

Assist in client service, support, and administration
-
Assist with client proposals and reports
-
Contact clients to obtain information needed to set up/maintain accounts.

Troubleshoot any issues that should arise
-
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
We’re looking for someone who has:
-
Bachelor's degree in Fiinance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or closely related field with 1 plus year of experience
Preferred candidates also have:
-
Series 7 or 65 license a plus
-
Experience in the financial services industry

Experience with Salesforce is a plus
-
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Strong communication skills
-
Desire to work collaboratively in support of team objectives

Willing to work in a detail-oriented and deadline-driven environment

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and professional demeanor

Ability to learn quickly and work independently
