Summary: The Web Content Specialist (Temporary, Part-Time) will support the Product Design and Web Content Team, which owns the UI, UX and content on Great Wolf’s digital platforms. In this role, the Web Content Specialist will be responsible for delivering updated digital content for consumer facing domains operated by Great Wolf Resorts, including greatwolf.com. This is a part-time, temporary position with a 6 month duration.

Responsibilities:

  • Add new properties to the existing Great Wolf website to support current and upcoming organizational growth and expansion
    • Translate new wireframes into components based pages
    • Create new pages to support seasonal events and new content needs from stakeholders using the CMS component library (we use AEM)
  • Execute migration of the corporate website to AEM
    • Partner with the development and quality assurance team to test and troubleshoot site functionality
  • Apply newly created brand assets to the Great Wolf website
    • Support successful deployment of new components on the website following releases from the product management team
  • Update the Great Wolf website with latest promotions and guest information
    • Establish a calendar of events that will drive content changes and identify necessary content, including video, site images and copy
    • Respond to requests from lodges located across the country to update current and timely information that is visible to guests (updating attractions, hours etc.)
    • Engage with business stakeholders such as Marketing and Branding to ensure content is consistent across various channels
    • Work in collaboration with the web content lead and product manager to ensure properly functioning content and optimal user experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • Content management system experience (we use AEM)
  • Excellent written / copywriting skills
  • High attention to detail is critical
  • Excellent project management skills to organize and prioritize different content requests and respond in a timely manner

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience having an eye for design and photography
  • Understanding of content and image optimization
  • Passionate about Digital Story Telling
  • Experience with SEO and applying optimizations from an SEO agency and product management
