Who We Are Looking to Hire
We are looking for a therapist or counselor with amazing clinical skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for making a difference in their community to join our WISe team. This individual will work with a team providing Wraparound with Intensive Services, in-home integrated behavioral health services to Medicaid eligible youth up to age 21 with complex with behavioral needs, and their families. The goal of the services is to keep youth with their families and prevent the need for out-of-home psychiatric placement. WISe services are client driven and individualized to best meet the specific needs of each youth and their family.
What We Offer
Competitive Compensation:
- Master’s degree: $55,978 - $60,456 starting annual salary, DOE
- Paid mileage and travel time
- Regular clinical supervision

How to Join Our Team
Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field.
- Qualify as a Mental Health Professional (MHP): MSW or LMHC/A, LMFT/A license required (or must obtain upon hire)
- Experience with individuals with serious mental health conditions required. Experience serving youth and their families highly preferred.
- Experience working with diverse populations preferred
- Residence in Spokane or Spokane Valley, or a willingness to relocate to Spokane or Spokane Valley upon hire.
- Ability and interest in working a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and being available to respond to crises as needed with the youth and families on your caseload (average caseload of 12 families).
- Satisfactory completion of a criminal history check
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, a vehicle in good working condition and automobile insurance
- 21 years of age or older
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (employees who cannot be vaccinated due to medical or religious reasons may request an accommodation plan; accommodations will be considered on a case-by-case basis).
