Airport Office Assistant

Job Duties: cash handling, making change, armor service deposits, assist with occasional new hire processing, submit background checks, facilitate pre-employment drug testing, assist with the completion of employee status change forms, assist with coding invoices, coding receipts, assist with housing deductions, tax deductions, assist with direct deposit deductions, assist with scheduling badge classes with ADOT, assist on upkeep for daily/monthly fuel data, assist with producing invoices and sending to tenants, inspecting before and after tenant moves, submitting work order for repairs, ordering supplies, sorting mail.

Requires: High School Diploma, 1 year Office Assistant or 1 year Clerical Assistant experience is preferred, Valid Driver's License.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
