This is a family owned fast pace, gossip free work enviroment where hard work is noticed and rewarded and we are in need of a First Class Asst Store Manager!

This location at the thriving St Augustine Premium Outlet Mall (outdoor mall on West side of I-95) is very unique in offering both Auntie Anne's Pretzels and Planet Smoothie in one store. We are looking for a truly unique individual to help us compliment our store manager. Are you an outgoing person with leadership qualities and great attention to detail? The Asst. Manager position provides excellent a wonderful training background in the QSR business and huge potential for leadership growth. This position would be part of performing all essential duties of operations, pretzel and smoothie making, ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality, staff leadership and maintiaining safety and security at all times.

Requirements

- A humble leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and a positive attitude are essential

- Supervisory experience in retail, restaurant or other fast paced environment is helpful

- Successful candidates should have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation

- Must be available for weekday morning hours

- Must be at least 18 years old

- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
