Billing Lead

CRH Healthcare, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, is a patient-focused operator of urgent care centers in Alabama, Georgia, Florida, and Maryland. CRH’s centers are open seven days a week and provide walk-in care for injury, illness and minor emergencies as well as family care to keep both parents and kids healthy. CRH is currently seeking a Billing Lead for its Billing Department in Fayetteville, GA.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor the daily workload of team members
- Answer incoming patient calls
- Respond to escalated patient issues
- Answer patient inquiries about their bill and balance
- Train and provide support to new or less experienced team members.
- Resolve issues with patient insurance and demographic inaccuracies
- Setup payment plans for patients
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time
