Additionally, you must have a positive attitude and a strong passion for working with children and taking part in their growth and development.
· Job responsibilities: *
Supervision: Keep all children in sight at all times and provide quality care every day.
Health and Safety: Be aware of your surroundings and report or correct unsafe conditions if you find them. Keep rooms clean and organized.
Positive Guidance: Use only positive child guidance strategies and redirection to instruct children.
Licensing: Practice compliance with state licensing and accreditation regulations.
Teaching: Implement our curriculum in a way that meets each child’s unique learning style.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- CPR/ First Aid
- Working Knowledge of early childhood education
- Must be physically and mentally able to provide a daily routine care for children.
- Must be able to properly supervise children by sight and sounds. Must be able to react quickly when safety concern arises in an emergency.
