CopilotIQ was founded by an emergency room doctor and technology entrepreneur who were frustrated that by the time people show up in the ER for diabetes and blood pressure related issues it is often too late. So they teamed up to create Copilot, with a vision of helping keep patients out of the emergency room in the first place.

About the Role:

As Senior Copywriter, this person will own all communication elements of the digital experience: they'll be responsible for crafting messaging on paid advertisements, lead messaging and storytelling on website/landing pages, and oversee all copy through the patient journey. With a focus on driving direct response on performance channels, this person will come up with creative ways to communicate Copilot's key value propositions with a goal of acquiring new patients. They will partner with the Growth team to run A/B tests on copy, landing pages, and various creative executions, and work with our creative agency partners across a variety of marketing channels. Additionally, they will help define content roadmaps and strategy as Copilot scales.

Responsibilities:

  • Ideating and executing effective performance copy for digital marketing campaigns targeted to a 65+ senior audience
  • Work with Director of Growth Marketing to update and revise our main website
  • Work with growth marketing team to create ad testing strategy, including documenting hypotheses, prioritizing tests, and reporting on results
  • Help define and execute content roadmaps for multiple initiatives and integrated campaigns
  • Leverage insights about our patients and leads to inform your choice of words, articulating your rationale to key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience writing healthcare copy in a performance marketing or DTC-environment
  • Eagerness to join a fast growing startup
  • Healthcare experience and writing for a senior, 65+ audience. Experience writing on topics related to science, health, or seniors
  • Excellent written communication skills
