We are seeking a Customer Service Rep/Data Entry Processing to join our team.

Our company is a leading provider of cleaning and hygiene solutions to the institutional, commercial, and retail markets since 2004. SCOPE:

• Respond daily and promptly to inbound calls and emails
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Accurately process product orders from customers and sales representatives in a timely fashion
• Data Entry duties for order processing.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of previous work experience
• Display excellent verbal and communication skills in a fast- paced work environment.
• Attention to detail, able to handle high volume calls, customers in a fast pace.
• Ability to interact professionally with others and work independently in a positive work environment.
• Superior Computer skills including Microsoft Suite
• Ability to accurately type a minimum of 25 words per minute
• Highly dependable and organize
• Previous SAP Business One experience Preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
