Our company is searching for a Customer Service Representative to help us deliver excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping our customers as well as a great understanding of company policies, regulations and procedures. The successful applicant will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, answering phones and providing information in a friendly and accurate manner.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer questions about company products and services.
• Evaluate, measure, and gather quality data on system and operational performance.
• Interact with customers to understand quality issues and work to resolve them.
• Prepare presentations and proposals for management.
• Be an effective team member by helping team members solve problems.
• Knowledge of the organization's products and services and the ability to help customers use them effectively.
