The Dealer Coordinator role is an entry-level position assisting in many stages of the processing of auto loan applications, as well as various other administrative and customer service duties in support of the Funding Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Inbound dialer phone calls in relation to the status of applications
  • Outbound calls assisting with reference and insurance verifications
  • Light contract auditing, reviewing for accuracy and identifying any discrepancies
  • Various other administrative duties as they relate to Funding
  • Live Chat oversight assisting dealers with inquiries on our live chat platform
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education/Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Language Ability

Ability to clearly and effectively communicate in person, in writing and by telephone.

Computer Skills

Proficient in use of MS Office - Word, Excel and Internet applications
