In order to achieve the most successful outcomes for our patients in a single day, we use a team approach to placing dental implants for full arch restorations. The team includes Oral Surgeons, Prosthodontists, and a full in-house laboratory utilizing digital technology and the latest zirconia materials. Our practice was designed to fulfill our passion to provide patients with a full-mouth reconstructive dentistry in only one day by using the highest quality materials, technology, and specialized providers in the industry. We have become a destination center for patients requiring challenging implant rehabilitations including Zygomatic Implants. Our practice has been dedicated to changing lives every day and our goal is to continue helping people suffering from debilitating dental conditions. Sales &Marketing Director
Responsibilities:
1. Develops comprehensive marketing department strategy including research of
economic indicators; supply and demand; identifying target market, current and
future needs, and monitoring competition.
2. Create, Strategize & Implement in-office campaigns for both OneSolution &
Friedman Dental Group this includes concept, creation, budgeting,
approval/presentation, strategize/leverage plan, creation of campaign goal(s),
communication and management of marketing project, allocation of resources, internal
team briefing, campaign implementation, campaign measurement/analysis, optimization,
etc.
3. Discover new marketing opportunities for OneSolution & Friedman Dental Group
through existing marketing channels & vendors online and offline, including
research, briefing/meetings, strategy development, creation of campaign goal(s),
presentation/approval, communication and management of marketing project, allocation
of resources, internal team briefing, campaign implementation, campaign
measurement/analysis, optimization, etc.
4. Organize Internal & External Marketing Events for ex: charitable causes, employee
related events, trade shows, presentations etc.
5. Create & maintain vendor relationships for OneSolution & Friedman Dental Group
including meetings, follow up calls, email correspondence, and necessary means to
leverage relationships that will be of benefit.
6. Monitor and Maintain existing campaigns for OneSolution & Friedman Dental
Group including creation and reporting of campaign goal(s), submitting
materials/requesting approval from vendor for ex: Florida Panthers, communication and
management of marketing project collateral (for ex: tv spots, radio ads, digital billboard
graphics, high res logos), allocation of resources for campaign/updates, internal
marketing team updates, campaign strategy implementation, campaign
measurement/analysis, optimization, scheduling, budgeting, follow ups/questions, review
of pre & post logs, statements
7. Monitor and maintain new campaigns for OneSolution & Friedman Dental Group
including concept, compliance, campaign creation, negotiation of rates/ agreement,
request/review quotes from vendor’s competitors, conduct meetings/ presentations,
creation and report of campaign goal(s), communication and management of marketing
project collateral (for ex: tv spots, radio ads, digital billboard graphics, high res logos),
allocation of resources for new campaign materials/updates, management of marketing
team in fulfillment efforts to support campaign, internal marketing team updates,
campaign strategy, campaign implementation, campaign measurement/analysis,
optimization, strategic scheduling, budgeting, follow ups, review of pre & post logs,
statements.
8. Maintain Patient Relations and build rapport with new patients for OneSolution &
Friedman Dental Group: Build rapport with new and existing patients through face to
face interactions as well as call, email, and online interactions in an effort to further
support branding initiatives and support patient experience. (This includes photoshoots,
interviews, testimonials, review requests, referral requests, gift marketing initiatives,
offerings, tv commercial production, facilitating focus groups, conducting patient surveys
etc.)
9. Management of Internal & External Marketing Department for OneSolution &
Friedman Dental Group: support the marketing team and manage
daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly marketing tasks, create/coordinate/manage marketing
calendar, prioritize tasks/projects, allocate/coordinate resources, reduce expenses
related to department initiatives, delegate tasks/projects, review requests/provide timely
approvals, answer questions, concerns, comments/feedback, conduct project meetings,
ensure team is meeting deadlines/adjust deadlines when necessary, ensure department
is operating efficiently, conduct team meetings (one-on-one, weekly, monthly, quarterly,
and annually), review strengths or weaknesses of department/individuals, make
suggestions to increase strength of team, interview/train new marketing employees,
provide opportunities to learn/grow team skills, ensure brand guidelines are being
maintained/branding is appropriate for target audience, strategize, and present creative
direction for graphics, photos, print media, marketing messages, tv commercials, social
media posts, etc., conduct creative brainstorming meetings monthly/quarterly.
10. Management of sales database & email campaign system for OneSolution &
Friedman Dental Group: management of accurate and up to date sales database.
Knowledge of technical requirements to build email campaigns, pull reports, create
custom reports, maintain report accuracy, monitor/review success of campaigns, present
insights, provide suggestions for optimization of campaigns to increase success.
11. Analytics: monitor reporting for the sales and marketing department, conduct analysis,
present findings, identify strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats (SWOT &
STEEPLE analysis), present proposed action plan. This includes phone records, patient
database, financing application data, sales department data, CRM, social media data,
website data, paid ad campaign data, Google analytics, data collected from vendors,
data from external marketing company, reputation related data (public relations), new
patient feedback, current patient feedback, and feedback from internal staff.
12. Create, facilitate, monitor, analyze, and optimize surveys/questionnaires as well
as, A/B testing, focus groups, feedback, and other marketing related processes to
collect data from new and existing patients.
13. Support, maintain, and monitor existing reputation online and offline - support
existing reputation by creating press releases, community events, sponsorships,
interviews and appearances. In addition support, maintain, and monitor existing
reputation on Google business listings, online directories, online review platforms, social
media platforms, etc.
14. Support online marketing initiatives including research, reviewing reports,
suggestions for new campaigns, suggestions to optimize existing campaigns, engaging
in online initiatives such as live streaming events.
15. Create, facilitate, and support expansion of the affiliate program including the
creation of the affiliate program, marketing strategy, implementation of program,
management of tasks related to printed and digital materials, creating strategy for sales
funnel such as emails, calls, texts, paid ads, presentations, attending trade shows,
hosting events, etc. Implementing strategy through sales related functions such as

16. Create, facilitate, and support expansion of the doctor referral program including
the creation of the doctor referral program, marketing strategy, implementation of
program, management of tasks related to printed and digital materials, creating strategy
for sales funnel such as emails, calls, texts, paid ads, presentations, attending trade
shows, hosting events, etc. Implementing strategy through sales related functions such
