Job description:

Green Latrine is seeking an experienced, talented and passionate Dispatcher for our growing company. This role will help the Lead Dispatcher with managing up to 10 routes daily, and helping our 10+ drivers complete their routes successfully and efficiently. Our ideal candidate is reliable, detail oriented, intuitive, organized, good with computers, has excellent communication skills, and thrives on navigating stressful and time sensitive situations with a positive attitude.

This role will report to our Lead Dispatcher and includes daily communication with the CSR Team, Yard Manager, and Operations Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to work weekends
• Good with computers/technology
• High comfort level answering phones and talking with drivers and clients
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Thrives on problem solving
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record (preferred)

• Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
