HR Recruiter Job Responsibilities
- Recruit applicants for Comfort Keepers
- Interview, Hire, On-board Caregivers/CNAs
- Provide support for all new hires through first 60 days
- Work with Scheduling and Nursing to support retention of new hires
- Create and post job ads using multiple platforms
- HR forms include I9, background checks, medical files, training record compliance
- Meet Hiring and Retention Goals 10-20 staff/month
- St. Cloud office but will be required to report to Baxter office occasionally
Comfort Keepers Benefits

Requirements
- Experience in HR, Job Posting, Hiring, Retention
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Experience with Social Media posting
- Positive attitude, outgoing, motivated, strong work ethic
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
- Must have had driver's license for at least 3 years
- Clean driving record
