Job description

Manage our day-to-day residential land development operations in Florida and take a leading role in growing our Florida business. We have one project underway in Jacksonville and are in the process of expanding into more projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities on active development projects
• Manage relationships with civil engineers, consultants, contractors, inspectors, and others involved in the development process
• Develop development budgets and schedules
• Solicit and analyze contractor bids
• Take a leading role in entitlement efforts for projects in feasibility
• Identify potential land acquisition and development opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
• Prior work experience in land development or a related industry (such as sitework contracting, civil engineering, homebuilding, or land acquisition) is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational, computer, and communication skills are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
