LCSW needed in Valencia, CA!

Prolink is in search of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a facility in Valencia, California. You will be responsible for performing psychosocial services including, assessment, crisis intervention, care coordination, and abuse reporting. Coordinates discharge care needs under the general direction of the physician, in conjunction with the treatment team. Provides clinical support to other staff as needed. Represents the department in court Hearings. Leads process and education groups.

Schedule:
- 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Schedule is set 6 weeks in advance to give you the ability to plan work/life balance
- Will be required to work every other weekend

Requirements:
- Experience in acute, adult psychiatric setting
- Previous experience in caring for the mentally disordered and or acutely ill, preferred with focus on crisis intervention and rapid stabilization
- Preferred expertise in age specific competencies, mental health disorders, and chemical dependency

Licensure and Certification:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Open to Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with strong crisis experience
