Loan Specialist – Charlotte, NCAgility 360 is searching for a highly motivated and passionate Loan Specialist for our client in the Charlotte, NC area. This individual will be responsible for processing credit loan applications, providing exceptional service while using product knowledge to present loan solutions to current and future customers.
Job Duties
- Maintain office cash with accuracy and proper security
- Processing credit loan applications
- Providing assistance in maintaining various credit files and following up on client inquiries
- Grow account volume through good judgment and effective customer solicitations in person and phone
- Assist past due customers by calling them and working together to find a resolution for keeping their accounts up to date Receive, track, and post all payments and fees to customer accounts in compliance with Company Policy
- Transport money and deposits to and from bank
- Other duties as assigned by leadership
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 6+ months customer service experience in a sales/retail environment or cash management environment.
- Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.
- Valid Driver's License and access to a dependable automobile with liability insurance coverage.
- Thrives in a pay for performance atmosphere and adaptable to an ever-changing environment.
- Proven ability to multi-task with a sales mentality.
- Position based in Charlotte, NC (in-office)
- Hourly pay range $17-$21 based on experience (with a sign-on bonus)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including some weekends
