The Job: Our Maintenance Technicians must be willing and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced, team environment. Some days are pressure filled and you’ll need to remain flexible, resourceful, and efficient. Maintenance Technicians may work with any of the following:

• HVAC
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Drywall
• Painting
• Appliances
• Exterior structures
• Swimming pools

The Details: Our Service Technicians should have:

• Candidate must be able to to walk flights of stairs
• Basic Tools of the trade
• CPO & EPA Certification required
• lift up to 50 pounds with proper safety measures in place.
• Must be able to take on-call rotations

Additional Information:

• The work schedule is Monday- Friday/ On call 8am - 5 pm
