At WOW 1 DAY PAINTING, it’s all about people! We’re growing and seeking an outgoing and professional Office Associate to join our team.
Forest Lake, MN and surrounding area.
In this role, you’ll manage the day-to-day office duties including customer inquiries, clerical and management admin support. There is a lot of variety!
Key responsibilities include:
Customer Service: delivering exceptional experiences when answering calls, confirming bookings, scheduling meetings, following up on completed service.
Human Resources: recruiting, posting job ads, scheduling interviews, new employee form completion, coordinating team events, internal communications, creating and distributing work schedules
Finance: using payroll system, accounts receivables and payables, processing and tracking invoices and expenses
Marketing: executing on local marketing programs and events like direct mail, home shows, reviewing customer feedback online and on social media and responding accordingly.
General Admin: reports, emails, writing business correspondence, generating reports, filing, event scheduling, etc. as needed as the local Business Manager
Qualifications:
Passion for delivering world-class customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Comfortable and happy to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficient with general office technology and software
Prior experience with recruitment and payroll systems would be considered an asset
Relevant degree or certification would be considered an asset
Understanding P&L statements a definite plus
