Join our Sales Order Management team, who are vital to the sales/order deliverables to our Casino customers across the country. This Sales Order Fulfillment Specialist role is part of our Gaming Operations team, who supports our Sales Executives by preparing technical proposals and reviewing all incoming order activity for accuracy. This role is fast-paced and requires the extensive ability to multitask, think outside the box for solutions and to understand and prioritize requests as they arise.

What Will You Be Doing?
Manage the organization’s customer relationship management (CRM) system; develops processes to automate CRM tracking and sales solutions.
Manage incoming sales inquiries from the Sales Executives and coordinates sales documentation, including price/ship quotes.
Maintain internal team dashboards, revenue goals, and forecasting for management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in maintaining customer account information, reconciling commission reports, reviewing distributor inventory and margins, and coordinating parts deliverables.
Assist with customer requests for product marketing information and/or compliance regulatory certifications.
Maintain sales collateral library, including quarterly specials, customer documents, and sales sheets.

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:
Qualifications
The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of prior order management experience.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel, with the ability to read and design complex spreadsheets.
Experience using a CRM system, Salesforce preferred.

Nice to have's:
Extensive order management experience, gaming industry preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency using tools, including Agile, NAV, and JIRA.
Demonstrated ability to create presentations and written communications.

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $28.25- 30.76 per hour and overtime eligible.
