Looking for a part time job that will leave your nights and weekends free? Check out Active Minds Academy! We are seeking individuals who enjoy a positive and supportive work environment, who aren't afraid to get a little messy (bring on the finger paints!), and don't mind shaking their wiggles out every now and then. We offer flexible part time positions with the opportunity to work with specific age groups or float between classrooms!

Assistant Teacher Qualifications:

• At least 18 years old.
• Have obtained a high school diploma or GED.
• Hold (and maintain) current Infant/Child CPR and First Aid Certificate.
• Have a clear CBCU Memo from the State of North Dakota.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Assisting lead teachers in implementing age appropriate curriculum.
• Preparing, setting up, and cleaning up classroom activities.
• Foster and support the social, physical, cognitive, and emotional development of all children in Active Mind's care.
• Create and maintain a warm, welcoming, clean, and safe environment for children and families.
• Be familiar with and carryout all North Dakota State licensing regulations, as well as Active Minds policies and procedures.
• Daily communication with parents at pick up, drop off, and through Brightwheel.
• Classroom organization and sanitation.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.50 - $14.50 per hour
