We are seeking full time Ranch Hands to assist with the upkeep, improvement, and development of our growing ranch in Santa Ynez. The right candidate will be honest, hardworking, reliable, and adaptable. Limited experience may be accepted if you are willing to learn. There are a lot of opportunity for advancement into ranch, vineyard, or livestock management for the right individual as our company grows!

Duties will involve a wide variety of general ranch tasks that include fencing, installation and repair, landscape maintenance, irrigation installation and repair, livestock and animal care, machinery operation, gardening, and farming.

Starting wage for this position is $18 per hour. Work schedule may include weekends. We try to stick to 8 hours per day but there can be occasional overtime. There is a 90-day trial period to start, as well as a background and drug check that will be run as part of our employee screening process. Must have a valid driver’s license and be legal to work in the US. Positions available immediately!
