Fayette Heating and Air’s 5-star Heating and Cooling Company is currently looking for Retail HVAC Sales Representatives to generate HVAC leads at Home Depot or Lowe’s and other select events and select Home Shows in and around Kentuckiana.
Required Credentials:
A sales-driven, goal-oriented, self-motivated personality and a positive attitude.
Engaging in face to face conversations to initiate a trustful working relationship.
Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills.
Ability to walk the floor during working house to increase customer interaction/being on feet for several hours to be visible through the store continually.
Willingness/ability to engage with customers within an in-store setting.
Some sales experience.
Willingness/ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
Fayette has a robust training program and will teach the right candidates how to be successful. Due to our expansive growth, we are looking to hire qualified individuals immediately.
We offer hourly pay PLUS an excellent commission / bonus package. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour + commission, and annual yearly compensation is based on performance. Full Time employees receive comprehensive paid training along with the following benefit options:
The emphasis when generating leads at FHAC is not to simply generate leads. Rather, the
emphasis is to generate qualified leads, that will turn into sales. The FHAC commission plan for
Lead Generator’s is designed to reward individuals that generate leads that are run by our
Comfort Advisors.
*The Commission structure for leads sold will be as follows:
$25.00 for every “RAN” sales appointment.
$40.00 for every “RAN” sales appointment within 24 hours of booking the lead.
$7.00 for every “RAN” service call/tune-up.
