Job Description

Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelors of Nursing degree from an accredited school of professional nursing required; Masters Degree preferred

Licenses/Certifications: Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing Professional Certification in clinical area or management within one year of hire preferred

Experience Knowledge / Skills: Five (5) years of progressive clinical experience; see attached Table 1 for Direction I-IV leveling Demonstrates commitment to the Partners-in-Caring process by integrating our culture in all internal and external customer interactions; delivers on our brand promise of “we advance health” through innovation, accountability, empowerment, collaboration, compassion and results while ensuring one Memorial Hermann.

Unit information

Number of ORs: 11 Number of FTE: 180 Average Number of Procedures per Month/Year: : 5500 surgeries per year this includes general surgery-trauma, orthopedics, plastics and reconstructive surgery , neurosurgery, ENT, eye, urology and pediatric cardiovascular surgery. Departments also reporting to this position: Pediatric OR, Pedi CV OR , PACU, Infusion, Imaging and Procedural Services. High visibility – Promotional opportunities AVP, VP, Service Line expansions across multiple campuses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $113,000.00 - $168,000.00 per year
