Job Summary:

We're looking for a Senior Manager to help 10x the Ruggable X (collaborations) P&L. This role is highly cross-functional, collaborative, and strategic. We're looking for strong strategic, big picture thinkers who are excellent both at communicating long-term ideas and at executing near-term details. The right person balances systematic thinking, data-driven reasoning, and scrappy tenacity with a passion and eye for delighting consumers. This is an exciting opportunity to help define the strategy and grow the business for the Ruggable X unit, which focuses on how Ruggable can partner with third party brands, companies and people. It is a unique opportunity to operate at scale, with the speed and agility of a small start-up. You will report to the GM/VP of Ruggable X and work closely with multiple stakeholders, including product, e-commerce, marketing, creative, legal and paid social media teams. You will be a foundational, key member of this business unit as it embarks on a blank slate with opportunity ahead, and be a trusted, key "right hand person" to the unit's leadership.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with the VP/GM of Ruggable X to develop a list of potential partners; in some cases, you'll own outreach and contract negotiation (with in-house counsel)
  • Develop marketing strategies and approaches for each collection, with an eye towards supporting the overall company's strategic priorities; partner closely with creative and brand on GTM and on-going marketing initiatives
  • Be key strategic contact to third party partners
  • Run data-driven analysis and conduct research (e.g., customer surveys) to deliver actionable insights in support of strategic goals
  • Synthesize insights from quantitative and qualitative data and present to multiple stakeholders
  • Help develop frameworks, models, tools, and processes to ensure data influences decisions for all marketing teams
  • Manage multiple concurrent strategic product launch initiatives, managing and executing on new product strategy throughout the entire product lifecycle, from opportunity identification to launch
  • Coordinate stakeholders across all cross-functional teams involved in a new product launch, including Product (physical), E-Commerce (digital product), Brand/Creative, Paid Media, Retention, and Data/Insights
  • Maintain a detailed launch plan and coordinate execution across teams to deliver launches on time (with a willingness to get your hands dirty when necessary)
  • Develop KPIs and relevant metrics to identify potential issues and measure success, setting up new processes and systems from scratch when relevant
  • Adjust marketing approach for the product based on early results

What You'll Need to Have:

Required:

  • 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, or similar strategy, product or marketing role in a F500 company or a high growth startup (role can be adjusted for candidates with more/less experience)
  • Ability to own large projects and important relationships in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to break down ambiguous, complex problems into simple, practical solutions
  • Ability to think strategically about the big picture and quickly dive into the nitty-gritty
  • Excellent business acumen and ability to focus on "what matters"
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with impeccable attention to detail
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills

Preferred:

  • Experience in home décor or home furnishings
Compensation:
  • $120,000-$130,000 per year
  • Annual bonus percentage is dependent on level of role
