A Brooklyn Navy Yard-based experience deisgn company is currently seeking a Software Development Manager.

The candidate must have an associate's degree and 3+ years of managing experience communication with humans on all internal platforms used, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be comfortable communicating with clients and partners, and have a proven understanding and application of best project management.

The candidate will be providing desktop and laptop support to internal end users. Additionally, the candidate will provide technical assistance and support incoming queries and issues related to computer, systems, software, and hardware, support and maintain critical SaaS tools (ie. Confluence, Zoom), and troubleshoot any hardware.

The candidate must have an associate's degree and 1-3 years of helpdesk support experience, 4 years supporting a windows environment, and be A+, MS system certified.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 per year
