We are looking for a warm, welcoming, and reliable Spa Office Receptionist to join our team at Mountainside Spa. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, retail sales, and providing 5-star customer service to our clients.

Job Type: Part-time available (Weekends required- Friday 12:00PM-9:00PM and Saturday 9:00AM-9:00PM) ABOUT 21 HOURS/WEEK

Must be able and willing to work nights and weekends

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the spa
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle customer inquiries
• Conduct retail sales, offer product recommendations, and process payments
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area
• Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless spa operations
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with clients and colleagues

High standards of customer service in handling phones and appointment bookings, facilitating appointments run on time, retail product sales, accepting and processing payments/payment accountability, upkeep/cleanliness of work environment, opening/closing facility,

Required Skills and Abilities:

✓ Experience in customer service, retail, sales, phone operations, and scheduling

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and delivering a 5-star experience
• Vagaro booking system literacy a plus
