PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting with credentialing of newly hired therapists
  • Assisting with CAQH profile updates
  • Tracking and contacting therapists regarding upcoming expirations of license, professional insurance, etc.
  • Reviewing insurance credentialing statuses
  • Responding to email inquiries
  • Updating individual and group profiles with insurance companies
  • Adding providers to multiple credentialing platforms
  • Other duties as assigned

Education:

  • Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Credentialing: 1 year (Preferred)
