In 1999 Chris Wilson started Chris Wilson Plumbing to continue to provide customers with a superior experience from start to finish. We are centrally located in Seaside, CA, and are currently looking for Experienced CSRs to provide customers with a smooth experience from the time they first call to the time the job is finished. Please Note: This is an on-site job and you must be willing to commute to Seaside, CA to apply.

As a CSR, you arrive each day ready to ensure that our clients are being heard and receiving the best customer service possible. Most of your day is spent in our front office on the phone and computer. You will receive incoming calls from potential customers and assist them with their plumbing, heating, and sewer needs and book service calls for the technicians. Your other duties include sending paper invoices to customers, replying to emails in a timely manner and helping with filling permits.

This position would require you to commute to the office Weekdays from 11am-6pm as well as Saturdays from 9am-3pm.

You would be responsible for keeping the customers updated and informed on their job status, you would interact with our customers and technicians and would usually be quite busy with a variety of tasks. You would be expected to show dedication to ensuring that our customers are satisfied, the technicians and your colleagues are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly.

You need to know how to use Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel as well as communication over the phone with poise and professionalism. You would use our online invoicing system to accept the incoming call and create a job while properly utalizing the schedule to make our technician's day as smooth as possible.

Pay: $36,945.00 - $42,941.00 per year
