About the Role

This position will perform a variety of routine and repetitive operations and procedures within the Embroidery Department. The person in this role will be responsible for multiple activities including but not limited to production schedule reports, quality inspections, and stock transfers as required to meet internal & external customer expectations. The embroidery department coordinator works under general supervision and in conjunction with a 3rdparty logistics team providing embroidery services.

You’ll Make a Difference By

• Overseeing & providing input into the embroidery production process helping to ensure on-time order fulfillment.
• Developing reports on department activities such as production delays, job completions, inventory shortages, customer requests, and quality issues. Provide production analytics weekly or as needed.
• Inspecting product during and post-production to ensure accuracy of the personalization and that quality standards are met.
• Proactively resolving inventory and order issues, escalating when additional support is needed.
• Working with a cross-functional management team to help identify process improvements to support growth of the department.
• Assisting in the creation of embroidery standards and quality assurance procudures.
• Performing routine computer transactions.

About You

• Embroidery experience rrequired. Digitzation experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a changing environment
• Strategic thinker with strong implementation orientation and problem-solving ability
• Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations
• Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints and to multitask and work without direct supervision
• Solid communication skills, written and oral, including the ability to work in a team environment and interact with internal business partners as well as subcontractors and vendors
• Customer Service (Internal & external)

Language Skills

• Ability to produce well-written reports, business correspondence and SOPs.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, client, customers and the general public.
• Spanish speaking a plus

The salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations.
