Human Resource Generalist

Salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 DOE

The Trulite Human Resource Generalist will function as the sole Branch HR Business Partner for the Houston, TX location. In this role,the successful candidate will drive organizational culture while facilitating metrics and organizationalcommunication strategy, coaching associates and managers regarding employee relations issues includingperformance management, facilitate dispute resolutions and all other task in line with company policies and legalpractices.

WHO YOU ARE:

A Human Resource Professional who works in partnership with the Operations Leadership team, is a problem solverand an employee advocate!

SKILLS YOU BRING:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Experience collaborating closely with operational managers and leaders in a HRBP capacity
• Experience advising managers and leaders on employee matters, compliance, and workforce planning.
• Demonstrated experience in issue identification and resolution skills (identifying and implementingsolutions, getting others to support proposed solutions)
• Experience managing both strategic initiatives and the execution of day-to-day deliverables
• Experience with HR data analytics
