We are seeking:

Line cooks, Prep cooks, bussers, servers, managers!

You will THRIVE in a fast-paced environment working to build on our all star restaurant reputation!

Depending on your experience, responsibilities may include:

  • Working as a team to ensure AMAZING kitchen or front of the house operations
  • Checking freshness and quality of ingredients. FOOD SAFETY FIRST!
  • Standardize recipes and plate presentations
  • Work to control quality and minimize waste
  • Recipe creation!
  • Kitchen cleanliness and sanitation

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Composure under pressure
  • Strong Teamwork Mentality
  • Expeditor/ Coordinator proficiency
  • Flexibility/ Creativity
  • Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, management a plus but WE TRAIN the right people!
  • Passion for food and cooking techniques
  • Ability to thrive in fast paced environment
