Office administrator independent contractor required for a few hours per week. Candidate must be a freelancer with other clients or work and a full office remote setup. This is not a full time job.
Job
1. handle online transfers and payments of vendors etc using US online banking and foreign exchange platforms such as wise and western union
2. Email clients informing them which invoices are being paid
3.download bank statements from multiple accounts and store
4.handle credit card statement balance payments
5. Must be available to make transfers and payments on 11th and 12th of the month and end of month irrespective of weekends
6. Must be able to turn around text messages and emails same business day
7. Must be able to action urgent transfers within one business day
Work subject to Security check and ID verification
