AFTER HOURS KIDS CLINIC (PEDIATRIC ASSOCIATES OF AUSTIN EVENING CLINIC)

Located in central Austin, Pediatric Associates of Austin specializes exclusively in pediatrics and has been a part of the Austin community since 1974. Locally owned and operated, our clinic is staffed by Medical Doctors and Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioners who are highly skilled in diagnosing and treating childhood illnesses, conducting sports physicals and managing sprains, strains and head injuries

Convenient extended hours and appointments are available to accommodate families with busy schedules, minimizing wait times. We have an onsite lab so test results can be ordered and interpreted on the spot, leading to quicker diagnoses and faster access to prescribed medications and treatment plans.

We are seeking Pediatric Nurse Practitioners who are looking for part-time evening hours. We are specifically needing shifts covered weekly between 6:30-10:30pm and rotating weekends. You will be the sole provider in clinic, with a support staff of two medical assistants.

You will focus on providing high quality patient care as part of a healthcare team. We have a family atmosphere where our providers and staff thrive. Our PNPs are supported by our friendly/approachable MDs to ensure the best patient experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of experience
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities

• Must have National Board Certification
• Licensed by Texas Board of Nursing

• Compensation based on experience

Pediatric Associates of Austin/After Hours Kids:

Job Types: Part-time, PRN

Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
