Position Details:

• PHRN (Public Health RN)
• Rotating 3 x 12 and 4 x 12, variable shift
• 52 weeks, Government Contract

Position Requirements:

• AZ Single State RN or any Compact Stat RN License
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and/or PALS
• Vaccinations: COVID and FLU required

Compensation Range:

$3,497-$3,765 Gross Weekly Pay (includes travel per diem for housing and meals)

Hired applicant will be eligible for relocation expense reimbursement, certification and license

reimbursement while on assignment, and overtime pay if required and approved by client.

Job Description:

A professional who is responsible for providing patient care, medical education/guidance, and emotional support to the patients and family members

Tasks and Responsibilities will include the following but not limited to:

a.   Screening of patients.

b.   Collecting COVID specimen.

c.   Supporting COVID vaccine clinics.

d.   Supporting efforts to identify and isolate COVID patients.

e.   Providing necessary services in support of the Agency’s effort to be in compliance with all applicable CLIA, CMS, and accrediting body regulations; and/or

f.   Providing direct patient care services in the Inpatient/Outpatient Department, Car Clinics, Public Health Nursing Program field

g.   Plan, evaluate, or modify treatment based on information gathered by observing and interviewing patients, or by analyzing patient records.

h. Devise, coordinate, and implement public health campaigns as needed regarding identified health concerns, including but not limited to substance abuse, immunizations, chronic desease

i. participate in mobile clinics throughout the community

Minimum Qualifications/ Experience Requirement:

i.   Experience and RN licensing per state requirements

ii.   Resume must demonstrate at least one (1) full year of specialized professional nursing experience performing the following type of work and tasks:

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience Requirement:

i.   Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certifications; and/or

ii.   Experience in Public Health/Community Health, Behavioral Health, and Substance Abuse
