OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION: We are partnering with our client to find a Service Desk Technician that will provide internal support. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical support, monitor the Service Desk and respond to calls
- Redirect problems to appropriate resources
- Identify incident trends based on calls
- Administer PC systems to include upgrades, licensing, and patch management
- Configure and deploy new equipment
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve incidents
SKILLS:
- Associate degree or certification in a related field
- Certification in ITIL Foundation
- 1+ year in PC & Mac administration
- Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office applications
- SAP and RF scanning gun set-up and maintenance
- Email & Phone systems experience
- Knowledge of Active Directory.
