Job description

We are seeking skilled Sushi Chef to join our team at Hakata in Silverdale.

You will be responsible for creating quality sushi dishes primarily sushi rolls for our customers while ensuring that our designated station runs smoothly and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and create sushi dishes according to customer requests and specifications
• Ensure that all sushi dishes are made with the highest quality ingredients
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that all necessary ingredients are available
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Proficient in preparation techniques and traditional cooking methods
• Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with others
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
